S’no joke… a bird in the deep freeze

I recently attended the launch of The Snow Grouse, a blended grain whisky ideally served (according to Famous Grouse) at minus 18 degrees!

Don’t panic, it’s not as crazy as it sounds. We’ve been drinking whisky on ice for years, so the thinking behind this, it seems, is how do you take the ice out of the equation?
